Return & Refund Policy:

D'aipa's Vault accepts returns on most new and unopened items up to 14 days from the day the item(s) is shipped from D'aipa's Vault unless noted non-returnable on the product page or in your order information online.

We offer store credit for the purchase price of the item and free return shipping which can take 5-10 business to process and get credited to your account once we receive an eligible returned item. "STORE CREDITS NEVER EXPIRE"

We inspect all returned items so please ensure that it is eligible for return and meets the required conditions in order to process the return. Items that do not meet the requirements will be sent back to you without issuing a store credit.

Return Item Required Condition = New, unused, unopened, unworn, undamaged in original packaging, shoe boxes, dust bags and have attached tags unbroken where applicable.

Items marked as non-returnable may not be returned at any time.

In the event the return is a result of a wrong item, a damaged or defective product, we will refund the full amount of the purchase in the original form of payment with no additional shipping charge.

To initiate a return go to My Account, Orders, locate eligible return item and click on "Return Item". Once you have completed the return online an e-mail will be sent with a shipping label within (2) business days. Print the label and follow the instructions outlined in the e-mail to return item(s). Please include a copy of the packing slip with eligible item(s) being returned.

If the return is due to dislike of the product there will be a $10 restock fee deducted from the store credit.
